Found Umi clinic through google, looked very professional and clean.

Was an easy to navigate website, had everything you needed to know, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

Finding the clinic was easy, and parking was very accessible, reception staff were also very polite.

I went for a dentist appointment, for a hygienist cleaning of the teeth and gums, I had Sonia Thomas, she was really nice and looked after me.

After my teeth were 10x better, and it was all round a great experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, all interactions were professional and friendly.  My initial consultation gave me complete confidence in Dr Priya Udani and when I was feeling very nervous on the day of my surgery I was put at total ease. I couldn't be happier with the results of my upper Blepharoplasty, it has made a huge difference. Big thank you to Priya and all the team at Umi Clinic.

Sonia did a really good job. She took the time to talk me through everything and explained how to look after my teeth properly. She even spent longer than my appointment time to make sure everything was done 100% properly and that I was happy with the result. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave me. I can’t express enough how straightforward and pain-free my blepharoplasty was with Dr Priya. I put it off for six years until I found a consultant I truly trusted, and I’m so glad I waited. Dr Priya’s background in eye surgery and her calm, reassuring manner made me feel completely safe.
From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed. We chatted through the procedure while Sade played softly in the background. I didn’t feel a thing during the operation; just a mild burning sensation afterwards that passed quickly with paracetamol. The team were brilliant—nothing was too much trouble The results are brilliant. As a friend said, “Those teeny tiny stitches look like Tinkerbell did them.” There was no pain in the days that followed, just slight itchiness and minimal bruising. I haven’t needed sunglasses in public because it’s hardly visible—and now I have proper eyelids! I am day 7 post procedure and couldn’t be happier with the recovery and result. Thank you Dr Priya. Absolutely fab experience with the Blanc One Whitening treatment - my teeth genuinely look noticeably whiter and the results are real! Comfortable, quick, and professionally done. I'm properly impressed and have already booked my next treatment - highly recommend.

I've known Bita and Afshin for many years starting in their College Street practice, once I knew they were moving to the new practice at Umi it was a no brainer for me, they are the only people I would trust with my dentistry.

The practice is a great space to be, very comfortable, athletically pleasing, clean and super modern. I would highly recommend Uni clinic to anyone would wants a quality service.

What a gem to find, The Umi Clinic in Petersfield. Beautiful Clinic with very welcoming and helpful staff.
I have been receiving treatment for vaginal atrophy,  incontinence and U.T.I. issues which I've suffered with for many years.
The wonderful Dr. Sarah Jenkins introduced me to 'Caressflow '. This is a program that requires 5 appointments  over approximately 10 weeks.
Caressflow has really helped me with all my issues. Its a very gentle procedure requiring no down time. I can only describe it as a 'vaginal Jacuzzi' and can't recommend it enough!
So ladies, if you are suffering from any of my ailments,  please get in touch with Dr. Sarah Jenkins at Umi Clinic. She has the time for you and regarding female issues,the best doctor I have ever dealt with.

I would recommend Umi Clinic to everyone. I was anxious for my procedure but I have wanted it for so long. I did my research and I knew I wanted Priya to do it. At my consultation I had all my questions answered and felt completely reassured. On the day of my procedure I was literally hand held by the lovely Lesley while Priya worked her magic. Had my first appointment with hygienist Sonia today, and it was by far the least painful encounter with a hygienist I've ever had, despite quite a buildup of scale (I have a sensitive mouth and my guess is others may not have felt a thing)! Somehow Sonia managed to conduct a conversation throughout, no surprise that she was the major contributor, but I'd reply every time I came up for air! The chat was the perfect distraction, and I'll be booking Sonia from now on (it doesn't hurt that she has 20 years of experience).

18/8/26 update:

I've just had a crown replaced and a new one installed, by Dr Khalessi and his capable assistant Kate, together with a filling. My previous dentist refused to replace the crown, although in a bad state, saying it was too difficult a job. I'm delighted to say Dr Khalessi took this task in his stride together with the other work, and the procedures were quick and painless. The crowns blend in perfectly with the other teeth, and it's impossible to tell they're not the real thing. As if that weren't enough, the mood is always light in the surgery - humour is the order of the day and the perfect antidote to nervousness!

I had a Lumecca IPL treatment on my face. Was given a form to complete and a drink before treatment in the very bright, modern and comfortable reception area. All the staff are very friendly, keeping me up to date on times and procedure. Once in the room my face was cleansed and everything explained clearly about what the treatment was, what they would be doing and what to expect feeling wise. I was regularly checked with through  out the treatment to ensure I was ok. After the treatment I was given instructions of what to do and not do and given a cleansing spray and a couple of moisturising sachets. This information and pre procedure instructions were also emailed to me prior to the treatment. The next day the clinic also phoned me to check how I was and to remind me to contact them should I have any questions at all.
This is my second procedure in UMI Clinic and I would definitely still recommend and use UMI again. Very professional, clean and friendly. I felt I was supported before, during and after the treatment.

I recently underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with Dr Priya Udani at Umi Clinic, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

From the very first consultation, I was impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. In fact, I mentioned to Dr Priya that the time taken and the thorough preparation before surgery were even more detailed than the angioplasty I previously had at Harefield Hospital which truly speaks volumes about the standards at Umi Clinic.

The surgery itself went extremely smoothly. It has now been ten days since the procedure, and I am delighted with the results so far. All bruising has already disappeared, and the healing process has been remarkably comfortable. I will be returning next week to have my stitches removed.

Katie, who assisted during the surgery, was wonderful. She continuously checked on me, ensuring I was comfortable and at ease throughout. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference to the overall experience.

I genuinely could not have asked for better care or a better surgical outcome. I am absolutely delighted with my experience at Umi Clinic and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Priya and her team.
